Is it permissible to talk on ph with men(serious talk no leisure talk) in an all-ladies call centre job?Is it permissible for women according to Islam?
I hope i can get an answer soon as im in a hurry.

I'm no scholar so what you're hearing is my personal opinion based on what I know:
Yes it is allowed to work at a call centre. If you have to speak on the phone with men then it needs to be for a halal purpose such as something entirely related to your work (assuming it's halal rizq and you're not operating a sexy chatline or something). Make sure they allocate your break times so that you are able to pray salah as well and if there are male staff in the office then don't spend time alone with them, speak to them in a formal manner if necessary about work related issues. I've worked in call centres before and that's how we did things and it was fine alhamdullilah. A number of colleagues were practising there so they would pray in their breaks, some brothers wore jubbas and had long beards, one niqabi sister worked there as well and it wasn't really an issue.
