Dear SMYians and 7cgenians!

The SMY/7cgen hifdth competition is now officially over, and results will now be announced insha'Allah

We had 14 participants at SMY and 13 participants at 7cgen.

Alhamdulilah 3 people from 7cgen managed to memorise all of surat Alfath thats 29 ayahs before the 6 wk deadline.

As for the winning forum......

who has won the competition fi Sabillah

The first person to complete memorisation, was a brother from 7cgen, who completed the surah in 4 days - Mash'Allah.

We would like to congratulate our two winners from the competition, Bro "please-dont-say-my-name" * and Sis Rajiyat-Alfirdaws!!

The two recited their surahs, the former with neglible mistakes and the later with 100% accuracy. Tabarak Allah

We still have a few more participants who will nevertheless recite their surahs to the admins for general feedback and advice. And others are yet to complete their remaining ayahs. The thread will be updated when the remaining peoples are listened to.

Barak Allahu feekum for those who put so much effort into getting the results they did. Hopefully insha'Allah in future we can have more people applying as much effort- working to gain victory in both dunya & akhira; elevating themselves in rank in Jannah insha'Allah ta'ala

The two forums enjoyed unitedly working with eachother for Allah swt's sake!

insha Allah we would like to remember the brother of brother Illmatic on this occasion.

At the end of the competition we should make a dua and our dua is that he is accepted into jannah and his sins be forgiven. This is in refernce to the brother who passed away recently - he was the brother of one prominent formerly prominent 7cg forumite
