Zachary Adam Chesser also known as Abu Talha Al Amirkee, will be sentenced Today (February 25, 2011) at 9:00am.

Location: Eastern District court 401 Courthouse Sq
Alexandria, VA 22314



The judge is not bound by the plea agreement and could sentence him to more time, or less, although that's doubtful. The U.S. attorney agreed to request he not be sent to a Supermax facility, which Chesser's attorney described as the most inhumane place possible. He will have to cooperate with federal authorities to testify and provide information or his plea deal could be revoked.
