Ebrahim College Launches its 'Islamique Magazine'
Watch the launch video:
For the last few months there has been a new buzz at Ebrahim College. Staff could be seen huddled together in meeting rooms discussing a project code-named Islamique. There were branding meetings, layout meetings, design meetings - not quite your average meeting in an Islamic Educational institute.
We can now delightfully announce that Islamique is a magazine. Here’s what the editor, Sheikh Shams Ad-Duha, has to say about the magazine;
“Islamique Magazine is a fresh new Muslim lifestyle magazine committed to publishing uplifting and enlightening material for our community. While this first issue is dedicated to Ramadan, we will cover a wider range of topics in future issues which we will launch quarterly; anticipate a Hajj issue inshaAllah. You can expect content related to exhortation and advice, family, community and current affairs. As a magazine initiated by an Islamic educational institute, Ebrahim College, you can also expect rich content on matters pertaining to the education of our children as well as our own. With a team of ulama regularly contributing, you can expect our articles to be authentic and in light of the Qur’an and Sunnah, and methodology of our pious predecessors. Yet we won’t just bombard you with messages from the ulama, we also promise diverse input by talented feature writers on a wide range of topics."
