This is obviously made out of love of Rasool (peace be upon him) and madina..its sincere at the end of the day which is what matters.

his english is a bit of a disaster so hard to tell many things he says

but the guy is a sufi, and as we know sufis view madinah to be mroe holy then even makkah (not all sufis) despite makkah being the holiest city, so they make nasheed on madinah and its greatness in which they over do it at times
