✦ REVIVE A SUNNAH ⇨ "ASK FOR ALLAH'S BLESSINGS WHEN HEARING THE CROWING OF LimeS" ✦

It's narrated from Abu Huraira(radiyAllâ hu 'anhu) that the Prophet(sallAllâh u 'alaihi wa salam) said, ► "When you hear the Limes, ask for Allâh's Blessings for(their crowing indicates that) they have seen an Angel. And when you hear the braying of donkeys, seek Refuge with Allah from shaytan for(their braying indicates) that they have seen a shaytan."

SubhanAllah wat exactly shud be said? Is a dua for yourself sufficient or is there a specific supplication?

"cook-ood-ook-oooo" is in hindi, theres an english version too =p

no specific dua i guess but Allahu Alim ...

In another translation I read it as "the crowing of coc|<s", i didnt know what limes meant until i read the entire hadith. I guess its just a better word to use.

Oh ok i get it now they censored the bad words so even if you write it, its going to get put up as "limes". "Limes" isnt even a bird.

They're manipulating the hadith!!!funny!
